  • Are pets accepted at Repotel Hotel?

    Yes. Repotel hotels accept dogs only, under certain conditions and subject to the availability of rooms designated as pet-friendly. Cats and other types of animals are not allowed, for hygiene, safety and maintenance reasons. Learn more

  • How many dogs can I bring per room?

    A maximum of one (1) dog per room is authorized. In the exceptional case where you would like to stay with two dogs, it is recommended to contact the Repotel hotel concerned directly to validate the possibility, depending on availability and applicable conditions.

  • Are there fees to stay with a dog?

    Yes. A fixed fee of $40 per stay applies for welcoming a dog.

  • Are dogs allowed in all rooms?

    No. Dogs are allowed only in rooms designated as pet-friendly, subject to the property’s availability. It is recommended to confirm this option at the time of booking.

  • Can I leave my dog alone in the room?

    No. For reasons of safety, peace and well-being, the dog must never be left alone unattended in the room, even if it is kept in a crate.

     

    The dog must accompany its owner at all times when moving outside the room.

  • Must dogs be kept on a leash in the hotel?

    Yes. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas, both inside and outside the property.

  • In which areas are dogs allowed?

    Dogs are allowed in designated outdoor areas and circulation areas required to access the room.

     

    They are not allowed in dining rooms, meeting rooms, relaxation areas or indoor recreational facilities, except for recognized assistance dogs.

  • Are assistance dogs accepted?

    Yes. Recognized assistance dogs are admitted in accordance with current regulations and may access areas that are normally restricted.

  • What happens if my dog causes damage or disturbances?

    The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

     

    The hotel reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a stay if the conditions of the dog policy are not respected or if the animal’s behaviour affects the comfort or safety of the premises.

  • Do I need to inform the hotel in advance if I am travelling with a dog?

    Yes. The acceptance of dogs is subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking. For any question, it is recommended to contact the Repotel hotel concerned directly.
